How It Works
- Each month, a curated box of little things (stationery, stickers, anything goes!) is delivered to your door
- Always guaranteed that every box has a value of at least $35+ (including shipping)
- All items are brand new and exclusive! You won’t receive anything that’s been in the shop before
- Charges are always for the following month (ex: sign up April 10th → you’re paying for May’s box)
- You’ll be billed monthly on the same date you signed up (if you sign up March 4th → billed April 4th, May 4th, etc.)
- To receive the next month’s box, you must subscribe by the 15th of the current month (ex: subscribe by March 15th for April’s box)
- Subscribing after the 15th will result in the first box being the month after next (ex: subscribe May 17th → first box will be for July)
- No matter your billing date, all boxes ship out by the 3rd of each month at the latest
Shipping
All boxes are prepared and shipped on a monthly schedule. Each box is curated and sent out by the 3rd of every month at the latest. Shipping rates are included in the cost of the box, and tracking is provided once your box ships. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–8 business days.
Returns & Cancellations
Because each box is curated and prepared in advance, there are no returns or cancellations once a box has been processed or shipped.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, as long as it’s done before the 15th of the month. Cancellations made after the 15th will apply to the following billing cycle, and you will still receive the upcoming month’s box.
