How long does it take to process my order?

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party distributor.
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and sent to production.
Once production begins, fulfillment typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

We currently ship within the United States only. After your item has finished production, shipping generally takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Where are my items shipping from?

Items ship from Charlotte, North Carolina. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the carrier’s current pricing.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may request reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@endstudioco.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can submit a claim with our distributor on your behalf.

Do you accept returns?

Because all of our products are custom made to order through a third-party distributor, we do not accept general returns. You may request a replacement or refund only if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

How long do I have to report a problem with my order?

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report any damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost orders.

How do I submit a claim for a damaged or incorrect item?

Please email us at contact@endstudioco.com and include:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos showing the issue.

Our team will review your claim and work with our distributor to resolve it.

Do I need to send the item back?

Because items are fulfilled and managed by our distributor, returns are not sent back by default. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and a return address after your claim has been reviewed. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?

No. We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • incorrect size ordered

  • incorrect color or style selected

  • normal wear and tear

  • gift cards

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, you will need to place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?

If your claim is approved for a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@endstudioco.com.
