Returns
Because all of our products are made to order through a third-party distributor, we do not accept general returns.Â
You may request a replacement or refund only if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report an issue.
To submit a claim, please contact us at contact@endstudioco.com and include:

your order number, and
-
clear photos showing the issue.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
Because items are fulfilled and managed by our distributor, returns are not sent back by default. If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item after your claim is reviewed.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@endstudioco.com if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item or if your order appears to be lost in transit.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and work with our distributor to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because all products are custom printed on demand, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

change of mind or buyer’s remorse

incorrect size ordered

incorrect color or style selected

normal wear and tear

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please place a new order.
Refunds
If your claim is approved for a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.Â
