Shipping policy

Shipping
All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party distributor.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and sent to our distributor for production.

Once your order enters production, fulfillment typically takes 3–5 business days before it ships.

 

Shipping Times
We currently ship within the United States & Canada only.

After production is complete, shipping generally takes approximately 2–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping time estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. 

 

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the carrier’s current pricing.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may request reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.

 

Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit or has not arrived within a reasonable delivery timeframe, please contact us at endstudioco@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
