Cancellations Policy

 

General Orders

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast fulfillment. Because of this, we are only able to accept cancellation requests within 3 hours of placing your order.

After this window, your order will already be in processing or preparation and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled or shipped.

 

Subscription Boxes

Subscription boxes are curated and prepared in advance to ensure each delivery is thoughtfully assembled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 days after your initial subscription purchase to avoid being processed.
  • After this 3-day window, your initial order is considered finalized and cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • To avoid being charged for the next month’s box, cancellations must be made before the 15th of the month.
  • Cancellations made after the 15th will apply to the following billing cycle, and you will still receive the upcoming box

 

Important Notes

  • Once a box or order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • We are unable to make exceptions to this policy due to the limited and curated nature of each box.
